When we hosted our very first Soigné Retreat in February of 2019, we had no idea what to fully expect, but, we knew we had the start of something pretty special. The dream of creating a retreat where community, creativity, and business would come together in a relaxed yet luxurious setting was something I had personally dreamed about for years. Friends, let me tell you that what ensued was nothing short of pure magic. The passion, warmth, intimacy, and beauty that was experienced was simply inspiring. I knew then and there that an authentic and refreshing workshop for event professionals was desperately needed. The truth is, we need each other! We need a place where we can openly share the challenges and celebrate the victories together. The wedding industry is constantly changing, and whether you’re a designer, planner, or florist, you have to always be on top of trends, changes, and nuances to create the ideal environment and aesthetic for each client.

With this three-night retreat, I’ll help you learn how to do just that on a much grander and more efficient scale.

This isn’t your typical retreat. Instead, this event was created with you in mind. Think intimate group chats, deep support from me, useful resources, and the kind of relaxation and creativity that only being in a luxurious space can provide. Even if you don’t have floral-specific experience, what you learn can be used within any business in the creative and events industry.

The Itinerary

Monday, April 8th - Late afternoon check-in and registration (4:00-6:00pm), meet and greets, welcome cocktails, group chat and relaxation.

Tuesday, April 9th - Breakfast and lunch, group sessions led by Jenn and team, casual dinner and cocktails.

Wednesday, April 10th - Breakfast and lunch, group sessions led by Jenn and team, photoshoot design time, concluding with chef-led evening dinner.

Thursday, April 11th - Breakfast, final group sessions led by Jenn and team, check-out and departures (1:00pm).

The Investment

Our enriching all-inclusive (lodging, food, beverage, teachings, design, resources) retreat is an investment of $1,500 with a required deposit of $750 to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than March 31st.

Our maximum capacity is 12 individuals in order to provide a more intimate and authentic experience, with the understanding that some of the beautiful guest rooms have more than just one bed.

The Location-Dahlia Dwell Vacations

Dahlia offers complete privacy, without sacrificing proximity to great local entertainment. Located twenty minutes from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan, several great vineyards (over ten wineries, including Dablon, Tabor Hill, and Round Barn, within a ten minute drive!), and downtown St. Joseph, which is home to exceptional restaurants and quaint shops. This extremely well appointed home sits on over 10 acres of rolling hills and woodlands. Nature rushes in from all around you to provide a perfect hideaway. The home offers all high-end amenities with a modern, yet comfortable atmosphere. The 10,000 sq ft interior is split between 3 levels, featuring 11 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 2 powder bathrooms. You also have a brand new outdoor space with a kitchen, pool, two hot tubs and fire-pit to sit back, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty.
